Silo-bulk Tank Container
Tankcon offers silo-bulk containers that are perfect for storing and transporting granulates and powders in bulk. We design these powder tanks with low-pressure systems and construct them from high-quality aluminum, which reduces weight and improves transport efficiency.
For easy and secure loading and unloading, we equip our silo-bulk containers with multiple manlids on the top. Additionally, we place a large manlid at the conical-shaped end of the tank, which provides convenient access for discharging your product. To ensure the product flows smoothly, we install air connections that blow air into the tank, making the unloading process easier.
We build our standard silo-bulk containers to meet all international standards, including ISO, CSC, TIR, and PED, which ensures their safety and reliability during transport.

Details of standard (ISO) Tank Containers
3 x DN450 manlids are fitted with 4 swing bolds. The manlids are fitted with a white rubber manlid gasket.
The conical end of the tank container is fitted in an angel of 45 degrees and fitted with a 450mm aluminum manlid that can be opened to the side. On the manlid is a DN 100 buttefly valve fitted ending in a rosista coupling.
The tank container is fitted with:
A 3” Storz with blind flange and RVS cable (compressor connection)
3 x 2” butterfly valve fitted with a 2” butterfly valve ending in a Rosista coupling with end cap.

3 x 2” butterfly valve fitted with a 2” butterfly valve ending in a Rosista coupling with end cap.
A 1.5” messing over pressure valve is fitted with a setting of 2.00 Bar
A 2” under pressure protection valve with setting 0.02 Bar.
The frame is made of mild steel and meet the length of a 20 ft ISO container, the height is 9.6“ and the width is overwide: 2.50mm.
Each tank container is fitted with a stick on analogue thermometer, reading from -20 to max 160 degrees
°C. On request a digital version can be added as well as thermometers with a probe to have a better reading of the product temperature.
Each tank container is fitted with an anti-slip ladder at the rear side for easy access to the top of the container.
Each container is fitted with aluminum walkway to access the manlid, safety relief valve and pressureline.
The container is fitted wqith a bottom operated handrail for safe acces.
